Returns

We will provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us at mail@shoptamu.com for order assistance and we'll do our best to fix it.

Tamu will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

How to make a Return

  1. Please contact us to let us know you are returning the item and then send the item to:

  2. Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.

 If you receive a Defective or Incorrect Item

  1. Please contact us to let us know you are returning the item, note the defect or problem with the item, and then send the item to:

  2. Please note, if our quality assurance team finds the item not defective after careful inspection, your return will be denied.

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original pieces including but not limited to: 

    Tags, Accessories, Removable Belts, Straps

Terms & Conditions

  • Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact gene@shoptamu.com
  • We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
